These terms are between you and Surge Software Solutions Private Limited, CIN U72200KA2021PTC154343, GSTIN 29ABHCS2917F1Z7, Sy No. 13/1, #155, Shop No. 2, 1st Floor, 4th Main, BEML Layout, Thubrahalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560066, which operates Tagaada. Contact: [email protected].

1. The service

Tagaada helps businesses follow up on unpaid invoices. It is free during early access. We will give at least 30 days’ notice before any charges start, and you can export your data and leave at any time.

2. Your account

Keep passwords private, give team members only the role they need, and tell us at once if you suspect misuse. You are responsible for what is done under your account.

3. Contacting your customers

You are responsible for the reminders sent through Tagaada. You must:

  • contact only people who owe your business money, or their authorised contacts;
  • keep reminders polite and truthful, with no threats, abuse or false urgency;
  • contact customers only between 8 am and 7 pm (the app enforces this), honour requests to stop, and follow WhatsApp’s and your email provider’s rules;
  • mention MSMED Act interest only if your business is registered as a micro or small enterprise.

4. Not allowed

Using Tagaada for debts that are not owed to your business, for consumer loan recovery, for spam or marketing messages, from look-alike domains, or in any way that breaks Indian law.

5. AI and calculations

AI readings are suggestions. Amounts, dates and MSMED Act interest are calculated by Tagaada’s code from your data. Nothing in Tagaada, its guides or its tools is legal, tax or financial advice: check important figures, and ask your Chartered Accountant or advocate before legal steps such as an MSME Samadhaan filing.

6. Availability

During early access there is no guaranteed uptime. Everything can also be done by hand when the AI server is unavailable.

7. Your data

You own your business data. You allow us to process it only to provide Tagaada, as described in the privacy policy. We may use anonymous, aggregated statistics that identify no business or person to improve the product.

8. Ending

You can stop at any time and delete your business account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, and will tell you why.

9. Templates, tools and guides

You may copy, adapt and send the payment reminder templates for your own business. The calculators, templates and guides are provided free for general information; laws and rates change, so verify figures before relying on them.

10. Liability

The website and the service are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability during free early access is limited to ₹10,000.

11. Law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction.

12. Changes

We will tell account owners by email at least 30 days before material changes take effect.
