Is it really free?
Yes. There is no subscription fee and no card required while we are in early access. We want to build this with businesses that use it every day.
Are there any costs at all?
Meta charges a small fee for each WhatsApp business message, billed directly to your own WhatsApp Business account, not by us. Email goes from your own mailbox at no extra cost.
Will it stay free?
It is free throughout early access. If we introduce paid plans later, we will announce them well before they apply to you, and you can export all your data at any time.
Are AI voice calls included?
Voice calls are not part of early access yet. We will add them once the telecom set-up for business calls is in place.
