For Chartered Accountants: help clients get paid on time

Your MSME clients ask you about cash flow, Section 43B(h) and the 45-day rule every year-end. Tagaada gives them an automated way to act on it, and gives you one view across all of them.

One view across all clients

When a client invites you, their business appears in your account next to the others: outstanding, overdue, 45+ days late, promises due this week, broken promises, disputes and replies waiting. Switch between clients in one click.

Monthly documents without the chasing

Send a client one private link with this month’s checklist: bank statements, sales register, purchase bills. They upload from their phone without an account; you see what has arrived and download it. The request repeats on the 1st of every month, and the reminder you send lists only what is still missing.

Balance confirmations for audit

Each debtor gets a private link to confirm the balance or send their own figure with a note. You see confirmed, disputed and waiting, with the difference, and download the report for the auditor.

Year-end 43B(h) readiness Planned

For clients who are buyers, a list of payables to MSEs that will cross 45 days before 31 March. For suppliers, those receivables are chased first.
